Supply only or supplied and installed, priced on the page either way. Licensed plumbers right across New South Wales.
Every system on the site is listed with two prices, supply only and supplied and installed. Supply only is a straight purchase with delivery included, and you arrange your own plumber to fit it. Supplied and installed covers the system, the installation and removal of the old unit, and it is booked over the phone so the details of your job can be confirmed before anything is charged.
If you already know what you are after, the shop is the quickest way through. If you are working off a rusted badge and a model number you cannot quite read, call instead. Tell us the brand, the rough size and where the unit sits, and we will tell you what fits.
Installation is carried out by licensed and insured plumbers, working to Australian Standards, right across New South Wales. The advertised installed price covers a like-for-like replacement in a standard position, including taking the old system away when the new one goes in.
Some jobs need more than the swap. A tempering valve is the common one, and units tucked into a cupboard, a laundry or an apartment can need looking at before the price is final. Anything additional is listed on the product page and raised with you when you book, so the conversation happens before the work does.
Not enough hot water, none at all, a pilot that will not stay lit, or a puddle spreading out from under the tank. Those are the calls. The plumbers we work with are across every brand on the market, so what gets diagnosed does not depend on whose badge is on the front of the unit.
A repair is worth doing when it is worth doing. A failed valve, element or thermostat is usually the cheaper road, and that is the road we will point you down. If the tank itself has gone, no amount of parts will bring it back, and you will hear that rather than pay for a repair twice. Ring the office during business hours. Outside them, the after hours number gets you a person who can tell you where things stand.
Most of what we do is replacement. Like-for-like is the simplest version, the same type of system going back into the same spot, and it is the one the published installed prices are built around. The old unit is taken away as part of the job.
Upgrades and fuel-type changes take more thought. Moving from electric to a heat pump, or from storage across to continuous flow, changes what the installation involves and sometimes where the unit is allowed to sit. Worth a phone call before you order, because the cheapest system on the page is not always the cheapest job.
There is no quote form on this site because there is no need for one. Prices for every system are published, supply only and installed, so the figure you are looking at is the figure you work from. Supply only orders go through the shop and are delivered to you. Installed jobs are booked over the phone, which is where the details of your site get sorted, a plumber gets lined up for your area, and the final number is confirmed.
From there it is straightforward. A licensed and insured plumber fits the new system to Australian Standards, tests it, and takes the old unit away. We arrange that right across New South Wales, in the metro suburbs and well past them, through plumbers we work with regularly.
Repairs run the same way. Describe what the system is doing and we will get it in front of someone who can find the fault properly rather than guess at parts. If it turns out replacement is the sensible call, everything above applies, and you are choosing from the same published prices as anyone else.
Not every install is a straight swap. Cupboard, laundry and apartment installations, and anything where access is tight, can need assessing before the price is settled. Where that is the case it is flagged on the product page and raised when you book. If you would rather talk it through first, get in touch and tell us what you have got.
