A BIT ABOUT US

Hot water system specialists servicing NSW

Running out of hot water is never convenient. Whether your old system has failed outright or is limping along on borrowed time, NSW Hot Water makes replacing it straightforward. We supply and install new hot water systems right across New South Wales, with upfront pricing you can see before you buy.

Every system is listed with two prices: supply only and supplied & installed. Supply only can be ordered online, with delivery included. For supplied & installed, give us a call to book; that price covers professional installation by a licensed plumber and removal of your old unit.

Which hot water system is right for your home?

That depends on your household size, your fuel supply and your budget. Electric storage systems are still the most common choice and suit most homes, particularly on off-peak tariffs. If you have natural gas, a gas storage or continuous flow unit heats water on demand and never runs out. Heat pumps use a fraction of the electricity of a conventional electric system, and government incentives can bring the price down considerably. We also supply solar hot water and commercial systems for larger applications.

Not sure where to start? Call us. We will ask a few questions about your current setup and recommend a like-for-like replacement or an upgrade that makes sense.

Upfront pricing, installed by licensed plumbers

There is nothing worse than a quote that grows once the work starts. Our prices are published upfront, and if your installation needs anything extra, such as a tempering valve, we tell you when you book, not after the job is done. Every install is carried out by a licensed and insured plumber. We stock the major brands, including Rheem, Rinnai, Dux, Vulcan, Thermann and Aquamax, so you are choosing from proven systems with full manufacturer warranties.
